Pierre Berthet studied percussion with André Van Belle and Georges-Elie Octors. Improvisation with Garrett List. Composition with Frederic Rzewski. Music theory with Henri Pousseur. He designs and builds sound objects and installations (steel, plastic, water, magnetic fields).

Tectonics Glasgow will bring together once again a wide range of artists from various musical disciplines to City Halls and the Old Fruitmarket for a weekend where anything can – and probably will – happen.
